Pre-Order Policy
Last updated: Junary 2026
This Pre-Order Policy explains the rules and conditions applicable to products offered for pre-order through MarketCG, available at marketcg.com.
MarketCG is operated by NONCHO, a company registered in France, and primarily serves customers located in the United States of America.
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before their expected release, before inventory arrives at our fulfillment facilities, or before the products are otherwise available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order through MarketCG, you acknowledge and agree to this Pre-Order Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, Terms of Service, Shipping & Returns Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific information displayed when your order is placed.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment.
Pre-order products may include merchandise that:
- has not yet been officially released;
- has been announced but not yet distributed;
- is awaiting supplier inventory;
- is awaiting distributor allocation;
- is in transit to a fulfillment facility;
- is expected to become available at a future date.
Products subject to this Policy will generally be identified through wording such as:
Pre-Order
Preorder
Pre-Release
Expected Release
or similar wording on the relevant product page.
2. Trading Card Game Pre-Orders
MarketCG specializes in Trading Card Game ("TCG") products and collectible merchandise.
Pre-order products may include:
- booster packs;
- booster boxes;
- booster displays;
- sealed cases;
- collection boxes;
- bundles;
- tins;
- premium collections;
- special sets;
- limited editions;
- promotional products;
- accessories;
- other collectible products.
The TCG industry frequently involves advance announcements, limited production, distributor allocations, regional release schedules, and changes to expected availability.
Customers purchasing pre-order products should understand that availability and fulfillment may depend on third parties outside MarketCG's direct control.
3. Payment for Pre-Orders
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page or during checkout, pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
This means the payment may be captured before the product is released or available for shipment.
Charging at the time of purchase allows MarketCG to register the order and reserve expected inventory or allocation for the customer.
A successful payment confirmation does not guarantee that a manufacturer, supplier, or distributor will ultimately provide MarketCG with every unit originally expected.
Where MarketCG ultimately cannot fulfill a paid pre-order, the amount paid for the unavailable merchandise will be refunded in accordance with this Policy.
4. Pre-Order Confirmation
After placing a pre-order, you will generally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation means that MarketCG has received your order.
It does not necessarily mean that:
- the product has already been manufactured;
- MarketCG has physically received inventory;
- the final supplier allocation has been confirmed;
- the product is ready to ship;
- fulfillment has begun.
Pre-orders remain subject to the conditions described throughout this Policy.
5. Expected Release Dates
MarketCG may display an expected release date or estimated availability date for a pre-order product.
These dates are generally based on information available to MarketCG from sources such as:
- manufacturers;
- publishers;
- distributors;
- suppliers;
- wholesalers;
- logistics providers;
- other commercial sources.
MarketCG makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current release information.
However, release schedules can change before fulfillment.
6. Release Date vs. Shipping Date
A product's release date and the date on which your individual MarketCG order ships are not necessarily the same.
For example, a manufacturer may establish an official release date, while MarketCG inventory may require additional time to:
- arrive from a supplier;
- clear customs;
- reach a fulfillment facility;
- be received into inventory;
- be inspected;
- be allocated to customer orders;
- be packed and dispatched.
Accordingly, an announced release date should not automatically be interpreted as a guarantee that every MarketCG order will physically leave a fulfillment facility on that exact date.
Where applicable law imposes specific obligations based on a represented shipping timeframe, those requirements remain applicable. For U.S. Internet orders, the FTC requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping periods and provides specific rules when shipment cannot occur within the promised timeframe.
7. Estimated Shipping Windows
Where MarketCG provides a specific estimated shipping date or shipping window, that information reflects our reasonable expectation based on the information available at that time.
Pre-order shipping estimates may subsequently be affected by:
- manufacturer delays;
- distributor delays;
- supplier delays;
- allocation reductions;
- production changes;
- release-date changes;
- transportation disruptions;
- customs processing;
- fulfillment delays;
- unexpected demand;
- inventory discrepancies;
- governmental restrictions;
- other circumstances outside MarketCG's reasonable control.
MarketCG will not intentionally advertise a shipping timeframe that it has no reasonable basis to expect it can meet.
8. Manufacturer Delays
The manufacturer or publisher of a TCG product may postpone its official release.
MarketCG does not control manufacturer production or release decisions.
A manufacturer delay may result from circumstances including:
- production problems;
- printing delays;
- packaging problems;
- product modifications;
- quality-control issues;
- regulatory matters;
- manufacturing capacity;
- distribution changes.
Where such a delay affects a MarketCG pre-order, the expected fulfillment schedule may also change.
9. Distributor and Supplier Delays
MarketCG may obtain inventory through distributors, suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, marketplaces, or other legitimate commercial sourcing channels.
A product may therefore be delayed even where the official manufacturer release date remains unchanged.
Possible causes include:
- delayed supplier inventory;
- distributor processing delays;
- reduced allocation;
- transportation delays;
- warehouse delays;
- customs processing;
- inventory discrepancies.
MarketCG will update customers regarding significant delays where reasonably appropriate.
10. Allocation-Based Products
Trading card products, particularly high-demand releases, may be subject to allocation.
Allocation means that a supplier or distributor may provide MarketCG with fewer units than MarketCG requested or originally expected.
For example, MarketCG may request 500 units but ultimately receive only part of that quantity.
Allocation decisions may occur after customer pre-orders have already been placed.
11. A Pre-Order Does Not Guarantee Supplier Allocation
Although MarketCG makes reasonable efforts to fulfill every accepted pre-order, a pre-order cannot constitute an unconditional guarantee that a third-party supplier or distributor will provide sufficient inventory.
MarketCG cannot force a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, wholesaler, or other source to supply inventory that it does not have or refuses to allocate.
Where allocation is lower than expected, MarketCG will determine how affected orders can reasonably be fulfilled.
12. Allocation Reductions
If MarketCG receives less inventory than expected, we may need to:
- reduce quantities;
- partially fulfill an order;
- delay certain units where additional inventory is reasonably expected;
- cancel certain units;
- cancel affected orders.
Any action will be taken subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the affected release.
Customers will not be charged for merchandise MarketCG ultimately determines it cannot provide.
Where payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
13. Partial Fulfillment
If an order contains multiple units of the same pre-order product and MarketCG receives insufficient allocation, we may be able to fulfill only part of the requested quantity.
For example, an order for four units might be reduced to two units if available allocation is insufficient.
Where this occurs, MarketCG may:
- ship the quantity available;
- refund the unavailable quantity;
- contact the customer regarding available options.
Any amount attributable to merchandise MarketCG ultimately cannot provide will be refunded.
14. Supplier Cancellation
A supplier, distributor, publisher, or manufacturer may cancel an expected product or supply arrangement.
If MarketCG can no longer reasonably obtain the affected merchandise, we may cancel the affected pre-order.
Where a paid pre-order is cancelled because MarketCG cannot supply the merchandise, the customer will receive a refund for the unavailable product.
For qualifying U.S. Internet orders, a seller that does not ship the merchandise must provide a refund rather than merely substituting store credit.
15. Product Cancellation
Occasionally, a manufacturer or publisher may completely cancel a planned product.
If a product is officially cancelled and MarketCG cannot fulfill the pre-order, affected customers will receive a refund for the cancelled merchandise.
MarketCG is not responsible for a manufacturer's independent decision to discontinue or cancel a product.
16. Changes to Product Configuration
Before release, a manufacturer may modify certain details of a product.
Changes may concern matters such as:
- packaging;
- artwork placement;
- promotional stickers;
- release presentation;
- non-material product specifications;
- regional packaging.
Where a modification does not materially change the product purchased, MarketCG may fulfill the order with the manufacturer-issued final version.
If a material manufacturer change significantly alters what the customer agreed to purchase, MarketCG will handle the affected order in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
17. Product Images Before Release
Pre-order product images may sometimes consist of:
- manufacturer renders;
- preliminary packaging;
- promotional artwork;
- mockups;
- prototype imagery.
The final retail packaging may differ from preliminary images.
Non-material visual differences do not necessarily mean that a different product has been supplied.
18. Pre-Order Pricing
The price displayed when the customer completes a valid pre-order is generally the MarketCG price applicable to that transaction.
Trading card market prices may change significantly between:
- announcement;
- pre-order;
- release;
- delivery.
A later change in secondary-market value does not automatically change the price of an already completed pre-order.
19. Price Increases After Ordering
If the market value of a product increases after a valid pre-order has been accepted, MarketCG will not ordinarily charge the customer an additional amount solely because the collectible became more valuable.
This does not apply to genuine pricing, currency, technical, or listing errors handled under our Terms & Conditions.
20. Price Decreases After Ordering
If the price of a product decreases after a customer places a pre-order, the customer is not automatically entitled to:
- a partial refund;
- price matching;
- store credit;
- reimbursement of the difference.
MarketCG may voluntarily offer a price adjustment or promotion at its discretion, but no such adjustment is guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
21. Market Value Fluctuations
Trading card products are collectibles and may experience substantial price volatility.
Prices may change because of:
- supply;
- demand;
- print quantities;
- reprints;
- competitive products;
- collector interest;
- distributor supply;
- market speculation.
MarketCG does not guarantee the future resale value of a pre-ordered product.
22. Reprints
A manufacturer may announce or produce additional inventory or reprints after a pre-order has been placed.
The possibility of a future reprint does not by itself create a right to cancel, refund, or receive compensation for an otherwise valid order, except where a cancellation right independently exists under this Policy or applicable law.
23. No Guaranteed Investment Outcome
Pre-ordering collectibles should not be treated as an investment with guaranteed returns.
MarketCG does not guarantee that a product will:
- increase in value;
- remain scarce;
- become difficult to obtain;
- maintain a particular secondary-market price;
- produce a resale profit.
Any purchasing decision based on expected future collectible value is made by the customer.
24. Randomized Contents
Many pre-order TCG products contain randomized cards or other randomized contents.
MarketCG does not guarantee any particular:
- card;
- rarity;
- pull;
- chase card;
- hit rate;
- pull rate;
- special illustration;
- serialized card;
- monetary value;
- grading result.
Pre-ordering a product does not provide any different guarantee regarding randomized contents than purchasing the same product after release.
25. Purchase Limits
MarketCG may establish purchase limits for high-demand pre-order products.
Limits may apply per:
- customer;
- household;
- account;
- order;
- shipping address;
- billing address;
- email address;
- payment method;
- product release.
MarketCG may review multiple orders together where it reasonably believes that separate transactions were submitted to circumvent a purchase limit.
26. Excessive or Duplicate Pre-Orders
MarketCG may cancel or reduce pre-orders where reasonably necessary because of:
- duplicate orders;
- purchase-limit circumvention;
- automated purchasing abuse;
- suspicious transaction behavior;
- obvious order errors;
- inventory limitations.
Where payment has been collected for merchandise that is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
27. Fraud Screening
Pre-orders are subject to the same payment-security and fraud-prevention procedures as other MarketCG transactions.
MarketCG may review or cancel a pre-order involving:
- suspected unauthorized payment;
- stolen payment information;
- significant billing discrepancies;
- suspicious purchasing activity;
- failed verification;
- fraud indicators.
Additional verification may be requested before a pre-order is considered ready for fulfillment.
28. Pre-Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation of an unshipped pre-order by contacting:
Please provide your:
- full name;
- order number;
- email address associated with the order;
- product you wish to cancel.
MarketCG will review the request according to the order's status and applicable legal requirements.
29. Cancellation Is Not Complete Until Confirmed
Submitting a cancellation request does not itself mean that the pre-order has been cancelled.
Customers should wait for written confirmation from MarketCG.
A cancellation request may become more difficult to process if:
- inventory has already been allocated;
- fulfillment has started;
- the parcel has been packed;
- a shipping label has been generated;
- the order has been transferred to the logistics network.
Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
30. U.S. Pre-Order Delay Rights
MarketCG's primary customer market is the United States.
For Internet merchandise orders covered by the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, MarketCG must have a reasonable basis for the shipping period it represents.
If MarketCG cannot ship within the promised period, the applicable FTC rules may require MarketCG to notify the customer and obtain consent to the delay or provide a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
Accordingly, nothing in this Policy should be interpreted to mean that a customer must accept an indefinite pre-order delay where applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right.
31. No Indefinite Holding of Unfulfilled Orders
MarketCG will not intentionally hold customer funds indefinitely for merchandise that it knows it cannot fulfill.
If MarketCG determines that the merchandise cannot ultimately be supplied, the affected pre-order will be cancelled and the applicable payment refunded.
For U.S. Internet orders subject to the FTC rule, unshipped merchandise must be handled in accordance with applicable delay and refund requirements.
32. Delay Notifications
Where reasonably possible, MarketCG may communicate significant pre-order delays through:
- email;
- order-status updates;
- website notices;
- customer support communications.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address associated with their order.
33. Consent to Revised Shipping Dates
Where applicable law requires MarketCG to obtain customer consent to a delayed shipping schedule, MarketCG will request such consent.
A customer who does not wish to accept an applicable revised timeframe may be entitled to cancellation and refund according to the relevant requirements.
The FTC's rule expressly addresses customer consent when a seller cannot ship within the represented timeframe.
34. No Automatic Compensation for Delays
A change in a product's release or fulfillment schedule does not, by itself, create an automatic right to additional:
- compensation;
- promotional credit;
- damages;
- discounts;
- free products.
This provision does not restrict any cancellation, refund, statutory damages, or other remedy required by applicable law.
35. Full Refund When MarketCG Cannot Fulfill
If MarketCG determines that a paid pre-order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
MarketCG will generally return the funds through the original payment method where practicable.
For U.S. orders covered by the FTC rule, an order that is not shipped must be refunded rather than replaced solely with a gift card or store credit.
36. Refund Processing
After MarketCG submits an approved refund, additional processing time may be required by:
- Shopify Payments;
- the customer's bank;
- card issuer;
- Klarna;
- digital wallet;
- other payment provider.
MarketCG does not control the time taken by an independent financial institution to display a refund after it has been successfully submitted.
37. Mixed Orders
An order may contain both:
- in-stock merchandise; and
- pre-order merchandise.
The fulfillment method for such orders may depend on MarketCG's logistics configuration.
Depending on the circumstances, MarketCG may:
- hold the entire order until all products become available; or
- divide the order into multiple shipments.
Customers should review applicable product-page and checkout information before placing a mixed order.
38. Multiple Pre-Orders With Different Release Dates
An order may contain several pre-order products with different expected release dates.
Depending on the fulfillment method, those products may be:
- shipped separately when each becomes available; or
- shipped together after all products are available.
This may affect the overall fulfillment timeframe.
39. Split Shipments
MarketCG may split an order into several parcels where operationally appropriate.
Different packages may have different:
- dispatch dates;
- tracking numbers;
- carriers;
- delivery dates;
- fulfillment origins.
Receiving one portion of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing.
40. Additional Shipping Charges for Split Orders
MarketCG will not impose an unexpected additional shipping charge solely because MarketCG independently chooses to divide an order after checkout, unless the customer separately requests a shipping arrangement involving additional costs and agrees to those costs.
Any material shipping charge payable by the customer should be disclosed before the applicable transaction is completed.
41. Address Changes During a Pre-Order
Because pre-orders may remain open for an extended period, customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information remains current.
If your address changes before shipment, contact:
as soon as possible.
Please include the applicable order number and the requested new address.
42. Address Changes Are Not Guaranteed After Fulfillment Begins
MarketCG will attempt to process address changes before shipment where reasonably possible.
However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after:
- fulfillment begins;
- an order has been packed;
- a label has been generated;
- the order has entered a carrier network.
Do not assume that an address change was completed unless MarketCG confirms it.
43. Customer Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate order information.
MarketCG may rely on the contact information supplied at checkout to communicate:
- delay notices;
- fulfillment updates;
- verification requests;
- cancellation information;
- shipping confirmation.
Failure to monitor the email account associated with the order may result in missed communications.
44. Shipping After Release
Once pre-order inventory becomes available and the order is prepared for dispatch, normal MarketCG shipping procedures apply.
Estimated delivery times, tracking, customs procedures, lost package claims, address issues, and similar matters are governed primarily by the MarketCG Shipping & Returns Policy.
45. U.S. Shipping
MarketCG primarily fulfills orders for customers located in the United States.
The physical fulfillment origin may differ depending on inventory availability and logistics arrangements.
A pre-order may be dispatched through an international logistics network before final delivery in the United States.
46. Customs and Import Charges
Where a pre-order is shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs may apply depending on the shipping method and destination.
Whether such amounts are prepaid or payable separately will be governed by the information displayed at checkout and the MarketCG Shipping & Returns Policy.
47. Changes in Customs Rules Before Release
Because a pre-order may be placed significantly before shipment occurs, customs, tariff, tax, or import rules may change between:
- the order date; and
- the shipment date.
Where such changes affect an order, MarketCG will handle the shipment and any customer obligations in accordance with the rules applicable at the relevant time and the terms disclosed for the applicable shipping method.
48. Returns After Delivery
Once a pre-order has been delivered, return eligibility is governed by the MarketCG Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Eligible return requests should generally be submitted within the applicable MarketCG return period.
49. Sealed Product Returns
Trading card products intended for return should remain:
- unopened;
- unused;
- factory-sealed;
- complete;
- undamaged;
- in original packaging;
- suitable for resale.
Opening a sealed randomized collectible materially changes its condition.
50. Opened Pre-Order Products
Subject to mandatory legal rights, MarketCG does not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns of TCG products that have already been:
- opened;
- unsealed;
- tampered with;
- used;
- materially altered.
A customer cannot open a randomized TCG product, review its pulls or contents, and then return it merely because the outcome was disappointing.
51. Damaged Pre-Order Products
If a pre-order arrives damaged, contact:
as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours after delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs showing:
- shipping package;
- shipping label;
- internal packaging;
- product;
- damage.
Where possible, do not open a visibly damaged sealed collectible before contacting MarketCG.
52. Incorrect Pre-Order Products
If MarketCG sends a product different from the one ordered, contact customer support before opening the product.
MarketCG may request photographs sufficient to verify the error.
Once confirmed, MarketCG will provide an appropriate remedy according to availability and applicable law.
53. Manufacturer Defects
A product may occasionally contain a manufacturing issue not visible before opening.
Manufacturer defects are assessed according to:
- nature of the defect;
- affected product;
- applicable warranties;
- applicable consumer rights;
- manufacturer procedures where relevant.
A manufacturing problem does not automatically mean MarketCG caused the defect.
However, nothing in this Policy removes responsibilities that applicable law places on MarketCG as the seller.
54. Promotional Products and Pre-Order Bonuses
Certain releases may include:
- promotional cards;
- bonus products;
- launch incentives;
- manufacturer extras;
- limited promotional items.
Such items may themselves be subject to limited availability or supplier allocation.
Unless expressly guaranteed as part of the purchased product, promotional availability may be limited while supplies last.
Where a promotional item is expressly included as a contractual part of the product purchased, the applicable product description will govern.
55. Limited Editions
Products marketed as:
- limited;
- exclusive;
- special edition;
- first print;
- promotional;
- limited release
may be especially vulnerable to allocation shortages.
MarketCG will make reasonable efforts to fulfill accepted orders but cannot guarantee a third party's manufacturing or allocation decisions.
56. Regional Product Versions
Certain TCG products may have different:
- languages;
- regional packaging;
- product codes;
- release dates;
- configurations.
Customers should review the product listing carefully before placing a pre-order.
MarketCG will supply the product version identified in the applicable listing, subject to non-material manufacturer changes.
57. Independent Retailer Status
MarketCG is an independent retailer and reseller.
Offering a third-party product for pre-order does not imply that MarketCG has an official licensing, sponsorship, distribution, endorsement, franchise, or agency relationship with the applicable brand owner.
MarketCG independently obtains inventory through its commercial sourcing channels.
58. Pokémon Pre-Orders
MarketCG may offer Pokémon Trading Card Game merchandise for pre-order as an independent third-party reseller.
The presence of a Pokémon pre-order on marketcg.com does not mean that MarketCG or NONCHO is owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, licensed, or officially authorized by The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Pokémon Center, Asmodee, or their respective affiliates.
All applicable third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
59. No Control Over Official Release Decisions
MarketCG does not control official decisions concerning:
- product announcements;
- product cancellations;
- print quantities;
- reprints;
- official release dates;
- regional release schedules;
- manufacturer allocations;
- distributor allocations.
Information received from third parties may change before release.
60. Communications Are Not Guarantees Unless Expressly Stated
Customer-service estimates, preliminary supplier information, product-page estimates, social media updates, or other release information may change as new information becomes available.
MarketCG will not knowingly misrepresent confirmed information.
However, informal estimates should not be interpreted as additional guarantees beyond the contractual commitments applicable to the order.
61. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a genuine issue with a pre-order, contact:
so MarketCG has an opportunity to investigate.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising legitimate payment-dispute rights through their financial institution or payment provider.
MarketCG may contest fraudulent or materially inaccurate disputes using relevant order, payment, communication, refund, allocation, fulfillment, and shipping records.
62. Cancellation Abuse
MarketCG may review repeated activity that reasonably indicates fraudulent or abusive use of pre-orders.
This may include circumstances such as:
- using invalid payment methods;
- intentionally placing excessive orders to manipulate inventory;
- repeatedly attempting to circumvent purchase limits;
- intentionally submitting false refund claims.
This provision does not restrict legitimate cancellation or refund rights.
63. Customer Responsibility Before Ordering
Before submitting a pre-order, customers should review:
- exact product;
- product language;
- product version;
- quantity;
- price;
- expected release information;
- shipping address;
- billing information;
- applicable shipping costs;
- this Pre-Order Policy.
Customers should place a pre-order only if they understand that fulfillment occurs in the future and that release schedules may change.
64. Pre-Orders and Time-Sensitive Events
Unless MarketCG expressly guarantees a delivery date, customers should not rely on an estimated pre-order release or shipping date for a time-sensitive:
- tournament;
- birthday;
- convention;
- holiday;
- trip;
- event;
- resale commitment.
Manufacturer, distributor, customs, or carrier delays can affect actual delivery.
65. Events Outside MarketCG's Reasonable Control
Pre-order fulfillment may be affected by circumstances outside MarketCG's reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- transportation shutdowns;
- strikes;
- governmental restrictions;
- sanctions;
- customs actions;
- major infrastructure failures;
- supplier failures;
- widespread carrier disruptions.
Such circumstances do not eliminate mandatory refund, cancellation, delivery, or other customer rights that remain applicable.
66. Consumer Rights
This Policy establishes MarketCG's general rules for pre-order products.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, limit, or waive consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
Depending on the customer's location and the transaction, additional rights may apply under:
- U.S. federal law;
- applicable U.S. state law;
- French law;
- other mandatory consumer law.
For U.S. Internet merchandise transactions within the FTC rule, represented shipment periods, delays, customer consent, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the applicable federal requirements.
Because NONCHO is established in France, French rules may also apply where relevant. French consumer rules require sellers, when applicable, to indicate and respect a delivery date or delivery period rather than leaving delivery completely undefined.
67. Relationship With Other MarketCG Policies
This Pre-Order Policy should be read together with MarketCG's:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Terms of Service;
- Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy;
- Shipping & Returns Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- Legal Notice.
Where a matter specifically concerns pre-orders, this Policy provides the principal MarketCG rules relating to that subject.
Where another MarketCG policy contains more specific provisions relating to shipping, privacy, refunds, or another matter, the applicable policies should be read together.
68. Changes to This Pre-Order Policy
MarketCG may update this Policy when necessary to reflect changes involving:
- business operations;
- product sourcing;
- supplier practices;
- distributor allocation;
- fulfillment;
- shipping;
- payment processing;
- applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on marketcg.com with its applicable revision date.
A later update will not be used to improperly remove mandatory rights that already apply to an existing transaction.
